Her work has spanned across many companies, such as, the Big Green Egg as Corporate Chef and Event Planner, Apple Spice Catering, Ok Cafe, Houston’s and more. She has a Culinary degree from Johnson and Wales which has fueled her passion for catering! Amanda loves connecting with clients and enjoys customizing their perfect event, whether it’s a majestic wedding or a corporate breakfast or lunch, she is here to cater to your every need!

Victoria is a native of Louisiana but has resided all across the nation. She has been in Dentistry Administration for 17 years but has found her creative outlet in catering and hospitality. In her spare time you can find her at the at a Braves game or any sports ATL event.

Van Heflin is an Atlanta native with a plethora of restaurant experience as both a waiter and a chef. More than that, however, Van dreams of captivating audiences through his artistic expression in Film & and is breeding his own entrepreneurial endeavors to bring his childhood dreams to fruition.”

Originally hailing from Indianapolis Indiana, John Merritt is delighted to join the team at Palate Catering! John received his Masters Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2021. While primarily working as a stylist in the Atlanta film industry, John’s catering experience goes back 6 years within food service and special event planning.
