Jeff and his family moved here from Dallas, Texas in 1975 when his father transferred to be the Director of Food & Beverage for The Fairmont Hotel now known as The W Hotel Midtown.
A graduate of business from Georgia Southern University, Jeff is a young entrepreneur mixing strong business leadership with fresh ideas. Jeff has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years venturing in areas from corporate cafeteria management to premiere event facilities. Jeff opened Compound, Thrive, Venetian Room & Hotstix while assisting GE. As a family owned and operated business, Jeff’s main focus is on customer satisfaction and retention.
“I always liked the instant gratification of events. To overcome the obstacles involved in pulling off a perfect event is very satisfying” says Jeff.
Jeff’s passion, and what keeps him grounded, is family and fitness. The love of fitness gives him the stamina to oversee the Southern Hospitality Management empire while being a loving husband and father are his greatest joys. “You can spread a lot of happiness in this world with food and entertainment!!"
